Will Leary's presentation (http://www.visualwebcaster.com/event.asp?id=63204) about the pragmatic approach 2.0 that you wrote about earlier? I plan on tuning in and reading the ebook, but I'm curious to know how certain CRM pros are differntiating themselves AND what areas they are overlapping in (I figure the overlaps are the most critical areas for businesses to focus on for maximum return on a very organic and oft-changing atmosphere such as social media.) Thanks to 3rd idea, Sage SalesLogix and HinchCliffe for un-muddying the waters for us all.

Thanks for the update, especially about social CRM. You're probably aware that Brent Leary is talking about social CRM specifically in a free webcast on the 11th at Sage Summit - you'll likely even be there. The registration link came out 2 days ago - http://www.visualwebcaster.com/event.asp?id=63204. His ebook for the presentation is free for all who listen in.
Perhaps you could spread the word?
Congrats on the accolades for Hugeness.
