To clarify an important point -- project implementation is handled by Dion Hinchcliffe&#039;s company, SocialText (Ross Mayfield&#039;s firm) supplies an infrastructure tool that many customers request, and Asuret (my company) performs ongoing measurement through the project lifecycle.

In a sense, we are translators between the world of large organizations and Enterprise 2.0. Successfully deploying Enterprise 2.0 requires an understanding of both sides, which is why our combined backgrounds span the entire range of traditional IT up to and including all the elements involved with E20.</description>
